I use a Punch 1.0 for my 4 cylinder Plymouth Neon. If I had a bigger engine I would be using their new Punch 2.0. It's an all stainless steel unit that is one of the best electrolyzer values I've seen.
Savefuel.ca is one of the oldest electrolyzer manufacturers on the net. They produce a full line of electrolyzers, as well as an excellent e-book on the subject if you want to build your own.
These have a nice design innovation whereby they use their electrlyte reservoir as a bubbler. It is also a small design that will fit in locations that other electrolyzers won't.
This company makes a well built electrolyzer. It's larger than other units, so make sure that you have the space for it. But this also means it's easier to keep it filled.

I recommend the 3-Step MPG Solution. It's a set of common sense methods for increasing your mileage. They will soon be offering 2 new electrolysers for sale. Knowing the owner, I predict that they will be good ones.
